AVID
Introduction
AVID is a voluntary program which will provide support, academic monitoring,
and tutoring to help you achieve success. The class will require dedication, commitment, and
hard work on your part.
AVID is a four year elective class which addresses key elements for success:
- Academic survival skills
- Tutorial support
- Motivational activities
- Career and college exploration
- Goal setting
- Organizational and study skills
